The Chiba Prefecture Foreign Student Acceptance Program

Today’s care facilities face challenges in recruiting and retaining careworkers. Responding to this need, Chiba Prefecture matches foreign students (and student candidates) with Japanese schools in their local area or elsewhere in the Prefecture, careworker training facilities, or prospective employers in the carework field.
The Prefecture supports foreign students who come to Japan by conducting online interviews and issuing Chiba Foreign Careworkers Support Center newsletters.
