Regarding counselling service on March 15
On March 15, 2024 (Friday), due to the holding the get-togethering session, the counselor will be absent, so we are sorry to stop accepting counselling by phone and visits.

Relocation of the CFCSC
On April 1 in Reiwa 5th, the Chiba Foreign Careworkers Support Center was relocated to the Chiba Prefectural Social Welfare Center newly constructed.
There is no chage in opening hours and days of the CFCS, but the numbers of the switchboard and of FAX changed. Please be careful.

What is the CFCSC?
The Chiba Foreign Careworkers Support Center (CFCSC) serves foreign careworkers and foreign students aiming to become careworkers, who are residents of Chiba Prefecture. The CFCSC provides counseling, emotional support, and assistance to those experiencing difficulties in their lives or work, conducts presentations at facilities and places of business, and assists employers in recruiting and retaining foreign careworkers. The CFCSC serves as a contractor to the Chiba Prefectural Government.Counseling for Foreign-resident support Center
The CFCSC employs foreign resident support coordinators who can provide support in English and Vietnamese.
Counseling is available by telephone, e-mail, in person at the CFCSC, or by visitation at request, from Monday to Saturday.
Currently Vietnamese-speaking counselors are on duty Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and English-speaking counselors are on duty Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Please note that the hours of consultation by Vietnamese counselors have been changed from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. English-speaking counselors will continue to be available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
